CONTESTA Shopify App — Affiliate Program Terms

These terms govern the affiliate program for the CONTESTA app on the Shopify App Store. By joining the program you accept them. They complement, and where they conflict prevail over, the default marketplace terms of the affiliate platform.

1. Commission

• 20% recurring revenue share, for life: you earn 20% of every subscription payment made by a store you referred, for as long as that store keeps an active paid subscription to the app.
• Commission is calculated on net revenue: the amount we actually receive after refunds, chargebacks and platform deductions.
• Commission starts with the store's first paid invoice. Free-trial periods, development stores and subscriptions that end during the trial do not generate commission.

2. What is excluded

• Usage charges and credits are excluded. If the app introduces usage-based charges (e.g. message or usage credits), those amounts carry direct third-party costs and are not commissionable. Commission applies to the subscription fee only.
• One-time fees, if any ever exist, are excluded.
• Revenue from other CONTESTA sales channels (direct signups at contesta.pro, white-label licensees) is outside this program.

3. Attribution

• A store is attributed once, to one channel. Attribution follows the verified install tracking of the affiliate platform. A store that reached us through another channel (direct, another partner program, a licensee) is not attributable here, and vice versa.
• Self-referrals (installing on stores you own or control in order to earn commission) are not allowed.

4. Fair promotion

• No bidding on the brand terms «CONTESTA» or «contesta.pro» in Shopify App Store ads or search-engine ads, and no impersonating the CONTESTA brand or website.
• No spam: promotion must comply with applicable e-commerce and privacy law in your market. Unsolicited bulk messaging in our name is grounds for removal.
• Only claim what the app actually does — the App Store listing is the source of truth. Promising features it does not have harms the merchant and voids the referral.

5. Payouts and good faith

• Payouts are processed through the affiliate platform under its schedule and minimums.
• Commission obtained through fraud, self-referral or misleading promotion may be reversed and the affiliate removed from the program.
• We may update these terms prospectively; changes never reduce commission already earned on existing referred stores.
