You sign up and try the agent for 14 days before anything is charged. And if you decide to carry on, the agent does not speak to a single customer of yours until you connect your number.

No setup fee

Only the monthly fee: no onboarding charge and no deposit. We build the first version of your agent with you — an interview to gather your business information (what you do, hours, prices, the questions you get every day), write it down, and tune how it answers before it talks to a real customer. If you later want us to run and maintain it all for you, that's a separate service you can ask us for.

What's included

Your WhatsApp answered at any hour, every day The agent replies instantly, including at night, on holidays and on your day off. It can hold several conversations at once.
It answers with your business information, not with inventions It replies with what you configure: services, hours, conditions, the questions you get asked every day. It is anchored to that information, and if it doesn't have it, it doesn't make it up.
Catalog of products and services with prices You type your list of products or services with their price into the dashboard and the agent quotes them exactly. Anything you leave without a price it answers as "on request" — it never estimates or rounds.
It connects to your Shopify or WooCommerce store It imports your catalog and checks live stock before answering. You connect it yourself from the dashboard, with no coding.
It understands voice notes If your customer sends an audio message, the agent transcribes it and answers what was said, without you having to listen to it.
Coexistence mode: you're still you You keep your number, your phone, your WhatsApp app and your history. The agent works alongside you and you can write in any conversation whenever you want.
It tells you what matters When something comes up that you need to know about, or that only you can resolve, you get a notice with the conversation summarised.
It hands over to a person when it doesn't know Faced with something outside what's configured, the agent doesn't improvise: it passes it to a person in your business and tells the customer so, naturally.
A dashboard to configure it and read what happened From the dashboard you change what your agent says and read the conversations it has had. You also manage your invoices and your subscription there.

The dashboard is available in English and Spanish. Your agent speaks to your customers in their own language, whichever that is.

What it doesn't do yet

It doesn't close the sale or take card details inside the chat: you close that.
It doesn't manage your diary or your booking system: it notes the request and you confirm it.
It doesn't send automatic appointment reminders or scheduled notices.
It doesn't message your customers first, and it doesn't send bulk messages to your list.
It doesn't connect to management software beyond your store, and it doesn't see past orders: those you handle yourself.

We'd rather tell you now than later. If any of this changes, we'll put it here the day it works — not before.

How signing up works

1 · Create your account

Sign up in the dashboard with your email. There you pick the plan and see the amount with your taxes before paying anything.

2 · We set your agent up with you

A half-hour conversation to get your business information out of you, and we write it into your agent. You read it and approve it.

3 · You connect WhatsApp when you're ready

The agent starts answering when you take the step of connecting your number, and not before. Until then, nobody is talking to your customers.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices on this page are shown before tax: any applicable VAT is calculated and displayed during checkout before you confirm. Invoices, payment method and cancellation are managed by you from the billing portal in your dashboard.

Refunds: connecting and activating your WhatsApp number is the effective start of the service and carries channel and setup costs that cannot be recovered; from that moment the amount paid is not refunded, unless the law says otherwise. It is set out as such in clause 5 of the Terms of Service (Spanish). That is exactly why the agent is configured and reviewed before your WhatsApp is connected: that is the moment to decide.
